About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at GlossGenius, you will be responsible for owning the full-lifecycle recruitment process for roles across our engineering pillars, this can include both pipeline-based hiring and unique job requisitions. You will partner with our engineering leaders to develop, execute, and improve on our hiring strategies to attract and hire top talent across Colombia, Canada, and the United States.
This is a contract position and you will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting. This role is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the continental United States or Canada. For candidates based in the NYC area, we are operating in a hybrid environment (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office).

The compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $75 per hour, depending on many factors, including skills, experience, location, and education.
