What you’ll do
As a Recruiter on the Engineering Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling engineering functions at Brex. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be crucial in identifying, evaluating, and hiring the best candidates for our technical teams. In our fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of projects and programs beyond traditional recruiting activities, ensuring seamless processes and an exceptional experience for all candidates. This is a 12-month contract with opportunity for full-time conversion.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of September 1st, 2025. when we open our Sao Paulo office. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
