We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Technical Project Manager for the Technology Department. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordination and management of cross-cutting projects at Allegro from a technical perspective.
- Cooperation with stakeholders from all Allegro departments. Mainly with development teams but also with Sales, Purchasing, Legal, Customer Service, Marketing, Advertising, Financial, HR or other departments.
- Preparation of projects and planning their implementation.
- Building multidisciplinary teams.
- Adapting the way of managing the project and the tools used to the specifics of the project while maintaining the highest quality of work and best project management patterns.
- Monitoring and reporting on task completion and proactively warning about risks to those who commission the execution of projects, including the Allegro Management Board.
- Keeping an up-to-date risk register along with mitigation plans.
- Participation in negotiating and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
We are looking for people who:
- Know the basics and have experience in managing IT projects (not necessarily as project managers). PMI, IPMA, DSDM, Prince2 certifications etc. are welcome.
- Have basic knowledge of software engineering and modern technologies used in e-commerce.
- Know the basics and have experience in applying agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Lean, Agile). People with Product Owner experience are welcome.
- Can proactively and responsibly manage projects.
- Motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Can turn data into information.
- Have highly developed planning skills, can prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
- Can look at things from different perspectives.
- Like to work in a team and have exceptional communication skills.
- Are very fluent in English in everyday work.
