Overseeing the successful execution and delivery of project objectives across the Client engagement.
Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports.
Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations.
Managing and communicating risks, decisions, assumptions, issues and dependencies
Managing the communications and expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders and keep them up to date with frequent status update reports
Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues).
Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.
Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborating, leading and coaching other project managers.
+10 Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teams.
Experience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients.
Experience leading and coaching team members.
Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other), Scrum Master certification or relevant certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification is required.
Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a must.
