Senior Technical Programme Manager
What you will do:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, software engineers, analytics engineers, data science as needed for the programs at hand
Be accountable for delivery of initiatives at hand & work with all dependant teams to ensure timely delivery of the programs
Be the person unblocking the technical teams to ensure that the programs push forward in the right manner
Regularly work with the PMs & EMs in the teams associated with to ensure:
Own the regular reporting against initiatives as a group level including risk & dependency management.
Contribute to the trade-off conversations of the roadmap and the associated triage meetings to determine the priority of the backlog with the tech teams will be working on
Work with the central platform team to help teams strive towards operational excellence
Own and deliver cross-functional programs as needed covering the
Work with the wider TPM community to enable cross-tech planning processes, prioritisation and dependency management

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our London office in Cannon Street. You will report into a Staff TPM.
