Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country.  Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere.  In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Weeks. 

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote

This Opportunity 

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager that has a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of data systems and processes.   This role will oversee and coordinate data onboarding efforts while taking an active role in strategic and tactical initiatives to optimize and automate the onboarding workflow.  

In this role, you will:    

  • Own and drive the rhythm of business with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure action items, tasks and deliverables are completed on-time and to the quality bar expected by our teams
  • Track and manage project risks that arise through the onboarding process
  • Identify opportunities to create a scalable approach towards internal engagement, encompassing both internal processes that to support our partners as well as those that involve direct partner engagement
  • Be the voice of the customer for the product and engineering teams
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications   

  • 5+ years of technical program or product management experience 
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field   
  • Excellent project management skills  
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling is a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment, especially with the ability to be comfortable (and thrive) with uncertainty  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate concepts with Product Management, Engineering and Data teams

The hourly rate for this position is $70-80. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
