Senior SharePoint Consultant will play a critical role in defining and delivering innovative web oriented solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010/2013 and SharePoint online. Resource will be responsible for the management of the Client’s SharePoint infrastructure and the development the system architecture, designs and solution implementations for the Client’s SharePoint system environments in support of the Client’s business initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Migration of customer data to SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online this may include site collections, and sites/subsites – including interoperability with other products in the M365 environment.
- Migration of customer data to OneDrive in the M365 tenant, this may include Share Drives or data in another tenant.
- Site Administration, site creation, permissions management, list/library configuration, page and template creation, column and view configuration, custom design and development in modern experiences for pages, lists, and sites
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of SharePoint Online issues – including root cause analysis
- Implement updates to site structures, list/library best practices, custom forms, custom flows, search configuration, metadata management, and integrations with Microsoft and third-party apps and services
- Create as built documentation for the customers environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging sites, resources, and tools for business operations
- Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives
- Create, monitor, and maintain business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
- Familiarity with SharePoint migrations tools such as ShareGate.
- Work with Project Managers to help guide the customer’s project to a successful outcome.
- Ability to work within a team setting and contribute to overall team success.
- Communicate, internally and externally, the status of the projects and expected completion dates.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a SharePoint Architect
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification preferred
- Proficient knowledge of M365 SharePoint Online administration and related technologies (i.e., PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure, PnP PowerShell)
- Exposure to the .Net framework (C#), CSOM, JavaScript, TypeScript and other elements of SharePoint Framework
- On-premises SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019 experience
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
