recruitment life-cycle
In this role, you’ll build the recruitment
strategy in any way you see fit—whether that’s by improving processes or driving new initiatives. You’ll have the
freedom, resources, and tools to shape how you work and ensure you're set up for success.
XSD (Xebia Software Technology) is also known for its active event and community culture. These events and meetups have an incredible impact on our recruitment strategies.
You’ll be at the heart of driving these initiatives, fostering and nurturing those important connections. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and the management team to lead recruitment efforts and people-focused initiatives that help grow our amazing team.
In addition, you will work on several recruitment continuous improvement
projects and initiatives and collaborate with the recruitment team.
