At Xebia, we work in different service lines. You will be part of the Microsoft service line. As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for all recruitment activities within your service line and own the entire recruitment life cycle. You will be partnering with the Chef Operation Microsoft Officer to make the hiring of the Microsoft team successful.
In this role, you’ll build the recruitment strategy —whether that’s by improving processes or driving new initiatives. You’ll have the freedom, resources, and tools to shape how you work and ensure you're set up for success.
You will be responsible for hiring across two locations, Belgium and the Netherlands, with a strong focus on cloud-native software developers and coding architects.
In addition, you will work on several continuous recruitment improvement projects and initiatives and regularly collaborate with the internal recruitment team.
