We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be tasked with selecting the best talent across LATAM and supporting fast-growing recruitment processes within Factored. 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, Data, and Software Engineering.
  • Translate client needs into targeted recruitment strategies, ensuring candidates’ skills are aligned with project demands and ensuring an effective matching process.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and talent tech leads to understand clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of top talent.
  • Continuously refine recruitment and talent processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide account managers with strategic insights and competitive advantages.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Portuguese is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
