As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other systems within an organization.

What you’ll work on

System Configuration: Configuring the Workday system to meet specific business needs.

Custom Reports: Developing custom reports to extract relevant data from Workday.

Integration with Other Systems: Integrating Workday with other enterprise systems (both internal and third-party).

End-User Training: Providing training to end-users on Workday integration processes.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving integration issues.

Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement related to Workday integrations.

Must have -

3-5 years of experience with Workday integrations utilizing, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), RaaS (Report-as-a-Service), BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), Document Transformation, and Studio are a must.
Experience with PECI and/or WECI a plus.
Ability to architect, design, implement, and support Workday integration solutions.
Prior experience implementing and maintaining integrations across HR domains.
Familiarity with scalable and maintainable integration practices.
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
