Designation: Manager: Sales Support
Location: Turbhe, Mumbai
Reporting Manager – Senior Director Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Operations:
- Master Creation
- Contract Booking
- Order form generation,
- Validation of approvals before client activation
- Pricing approvals,
- Credit approval,
- Finance committee approval for contracts greater INR 25 Lakh
- NDA’s/MSA and relevant documentation if any
Post Sales Operations:
- Invoicing
- Account activation – coordination with product team or Stake holders
- Fulfilment on – BIR, DBC, FA – provide concierge to clients if problem with FA/DBC
- Renewal Tracking
- Supporting sales and collections team on realization of accounts receivables across business
Customer Onboarding & Management:
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding & Customer Lifecycle Management via regular interactions and feedback/cadences.
- Support Sales team on documentation with requisite coordination between internal and external legal team.
- Regular interaction with Clients to ensure revenue from signed contracts.
- Create and implement service plan across BUs .
- Same would include all contracts and respective users mapped, revenue from each contract, AOP per Ent. Account. Etc.
- Act as a process expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure adherence to highest levels of controls and compliance.
- Create and implement a Monthly engagement plan for existing users (Client), to increase usage & enhance D&B wallet share.
Account Servicing:
- Coordination for product trainings/demos for clients
- Customer query resolution on products by coordinating with internal teams.
- Interaction with customers for invoice acknowledgement and payment realization as per the credit terms
- Follow-ups with clients for document collection for CCAM report
Key Requirements :
- Strong Influencing and collaboration skills to leverage relationships across stakeholders to successfully drive results. Strong relationship management skills
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills, MS Excel &, power-point & MS Word proficiency an added advantage.
- Motivated and Energetic with sound business acumen
