As Senior Manager, EMEA Tax, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, ensuring tax compliance and efficiency while driving commercial success.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role—our first dedicated Tax leader in EMEA. Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, Frank, you’ll have the opportunity to own and shape our European tax strategy while working hands-on across multiple countries. You’ll collaborate closely with our business partners on new commercial initiatives, lead VAT planning and compliance, and work alongside our U.S. tax team to drive a seamless global tax function.

What You'll Do

• Act as SharkNinja’s go-to expert for EMEA direct and indirect tax.
• Own tax compliance across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely filings.
• Advise on strategic commercial initiatives, working with business leaders to assess tax implications.
• Manage tax audits across Europe and collaborate with HMRC and other tax authorities.
• Lead VAT planning and compliance, optimising cash management.
• Partner with the Global Tax and Treasury team, driving efficiency and compliance.
• Support transfer pricing policy and operational processes.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and industry.
• Expertise in EMEA tax issues, including direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, and global tax frameworks like Pillar II.
• Strong ability to partner with commercial teams, translating complex tax matters into actionable insights.
• A strategic yet hands-on approach, thriving in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
• Qualified accountant with a specific focus on tax
