We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist for our R&D Talent Team, either for our Market-oriented/Leadership OR Engineering Team. You'll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.
Your role in the team:

Be the market expert: You will develop and drive the strategic search for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.

Attract: You'll push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.

Partner: To address strategic long-term needs and foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership.

Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador and work closely with our Employer Branding team.

6+ years of working experience in the recruitment industry, across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
- Experience in sourcing leadership profiles.
- Good understanding of the SaaS market and the ability to work strategically on business needs.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
- Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business.

Compensation and rewards

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €45.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
