We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on hiring for tech, product, and data science roles in emerging markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong recruitment background, be skilled in developing processes, have expertise in assessments, and possess talent analytics skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for tech, product, and data science positions in emerging markets, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Conduct market research on emerging market recruitment trends and best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events) to source and attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screens to identify potential candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech, product, and data science recruitment with experience in emerging markets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging market recruitment trends.
- Experience in building exceptional candidate experience and creating effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering positive outcomes through effective team management.
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
