Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our business units, which has been on the market for four years. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand the business needs and act as a consultant to build a dream team. This role requires a strategic partner who can align recruitment efforts with our business goals and ensure the creation of a cohesive, high-performing and solid team.
About product: This is a global web communication platform that offers users 24/7 connectivity and content sharing around the world. Launched in 2020 by a young, dedicated team, it has quickly become a strong market competitor, known for its scalability, intuitive UX/UI, and versatility. The platform operates without ads, using unique monetization strategies, and features a secure, PCI DSS-certified in-house payment system. Our team thrives on mentorship from seasoned experts, values each member’s input, and has already built a successful, profitable product.
In this role, you will
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping job requirements and guiding the hiring process
- Use both traditional and innovative methods to find the best candidates for open positions
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to successful hiring
- Build a team with low attrition, ensuring the long-term success of new hires
- Deep dive into product processes to thoroughly understand business needs and effectively respond to candidate objections
- Take a data-driven approach: to create reports, analyze pipelines, and make data-based decisions
- Enhance the candidate experience - be an ambassador, building the company's reputation and image
- Build a loyal candidate base, establishing a database and networking
- Take an active role in improving recruitment processes within the company.
It is all about you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for a broad range of tech and non-tech roles
- Experience in a product IT company
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Fluent speaking on Ukrainian is a must
- Experience acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers with a key role in shaping job requirements and implementing hiring strategies
- You are skilled at engaging and attracting candidates in a passive search, including headhunting, to bring in top talent
- Proficiency in ATS, recruiting software, sourcing tools, and you know how to measure and improve your recruitment metrics (e.g., Response Rate, Rejection Rate, Time to Hire)
- Proven experience in conducting interviews with a deep understanding of assessing candidate competencies and soft skills using various methodologies such as STAR, competency-based interviews, and behavioral interview techniques
