As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire high-performing talents at all levels for IT Labs. You will work closely with many of the company`s departments like HR, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Prospecting, and high Management. Besides, you will have the support from a distributed team of 5 recruiters to craft the talent strategy that meets the needs of our growing business!
In this role, you will be owning the full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. The world will be your limit, you will internationally cover locations like Europe, the US, South America, and more!
