As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
you search and identifie suitable candidates that are actively or passively open to work. You generate interest in SEAFAR's vacancies and also fill and manage our talentpool.
🤓 Main responsibilities
You build up our candidate pipeline to attract, hire, and retain a high quality workforce
You focus on all the stages of the hiring process (sourcing, identifying, and in-dept screening of the candidates)
You engage with potentitial candidates for current or future vacancies
You provide updates and feedback to the hiring manager, HR manager and candidates
You are in charge of the entire cycle (contract, onboarding, employee set-up, etc) when a candidate is hired
You are responsible for other HR-related tasks
