About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage both technical and non-technical recruitment efforts, build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and play a key role in talent acquisition projects. You will also oversee incentive and referral programs, handle client and candidate relationships, and implement market mapping automation. Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs.
Star Bench Candidates Management:
Handle the"star bench" candidates from various clients, get their profiles updated and set up assessment reviews/tech calls with the engineering team + set up client interviews.
TA Incentive & Internal Referral Bonus Process Management:
Monitor and manage the talent acquisition incentive and Employee internal referral bonus programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and motivate employee participation.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and suggest improvements to enhance their impact.
Project Leadership:
Lead and participate in key talent acquisition projects, such as process improvement initiatives, diversity hiring efforts, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment technology implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with overall business goals.
Market Mapping & Automation:
Implement market mapping automation tools to identify and assess talent in specific markets and industries.
Use market insights to inform recruitment strategies, including competitive analysis and talent landscape mapping.
Candidate & Client Management:
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients, providing an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Pipeline & Database Management:
Develop and maintain a robust candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Implement strategies for proactive talent pooling and candidate relationship management.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws during all recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative solutions.
