We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at AQEMIA.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a foundational phase as we build a dedicated internal Talent Acquisition team to support our ambitious growth plans for 2025!
In this role, you will work closely with Nicolas, our experienced Head of Talent Acquisition, and collaborate directly with managers across the organization.
You will play a crucial part in scaling AQEMIA by hiring top-tier talent across a variety of niche scientific roles, while also contributing to the establishment of our core recruitment strategies and processes. Beyond operational delivery, you will act as an ambassador for AQEMIA, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and promoting our mission and values across the Techbio sector.
Your Responsibilities will be :
1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Build and maintain a dynamic talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and practices.

Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to meet hiring goals.
2. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience

Ambassadorial Role: Represent AQEMIA at events to attract talent and foster partnerships.

3. Data-Driven Optimization and Market Insights

Your Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition across different geographies, with a track record of hiring for niche scientific roles, preferably within the Techbio, biotech, or deep-tech sectors.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market knowledge and requirements, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.

Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in proactive sourcing strategies and pipeline management for highly specialized talent.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a written culture, where clear and structured documentation is essential for communication and collaboration.
