Position Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in advancing Wallbox’s recruitment initiatives by assisting Hiring Managers in identifying top talent for their teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a network of prospective candidates through proactive market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to craft and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and conduct competency-based interviews with candidates.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment timeline and offer process.
- Leverage data to create, assess, and enhance innovative recruiting strategies and to benchmark compensation.
- Partner effectively with COEs and Business People Partners.
- Demonstrate a strong level of resilience, maintaining a positive outlook and high energy in the face of challenges and resistance.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Set an example for others through persistence, humility, and proactive initiative.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in Business functions (Sales, Corporate, Product, Services, Marketing)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to diverse situations
- High-level proficiency in English
