Job summary
Point is hiring an experienced Principal Recruiter (Talent Partner Lead/Principal Talent Partner) for our Manila team. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Manila office while supporting U.S. hiring efforts. You will lead employer branding initiatives, optimize recruitment processes through data-driven insights, and ensure a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the Philippines market.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives for Manila markets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
- Mentor and develop the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers to secure top talent while balancing company needs and candidate expectations.
Qualifications and skills required
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, with proven expertise in both Manila and U.S. markets.
- Deep knowledge of the Philippines talent market and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools. Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
- Advanced data analysis skills for tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and process optimization in recruitment.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and developing recruitment teams is preferred.
