About The Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is an integral part of the fast growing Ogury Talent Acquisition Team.
You will work with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, implement innovative sourcing initiatives and create successful offer strategies.
Your creativity and ability to engage candidates will enable us to build a pipeline for difficult to fill positions and will extend beyond the hiring cycle to build your ever-evolving network.
You are equally committed to diversifying the Ogury team as you are working collaboratively with your stakeholders.
This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, based in our Paris, France office.
Ogury observes a hybrid office policy, where we encourage our team to come in to the office 2-3 days per week (or more, if you'd like!).
What you will do
- Partner closely with regional hiring managers to understand role profiles and hiring needs
- Acting as a Talent Acquisition consultant, advising on best recruitment practices, candidate market insights, and more
- Identify and engage candidates who can add value to Ogury
- Understanding Ogury’s core values, team alignment, and driving principles
- Actively manage and engage with candidates in the end-to- recruitment processStrategically build a pipeline for hard to fill roles using creative sourcing strategies
- We thrive in creative recruitment and we encourage our team to think outside the box, tap into their network and engage the industries talent
- Use data and sourcing tools to guide your searches; such as LTI, etc.
- Record and utilize key recruitment metrics to inform the wider talent team and your regional stakeholders on market conditions and trends
- Collaborate with a broader talent team on employer branding projects and initiatives, along with facilitating additional projects, regular maintenance and more
- Formulating contracts and documentations needed for hiring, with a strong understanding of local markets (respective to best practices, laws, etc.)
- Partner closely with Global HR partners
What you will bring to Ogury
- Proven success sourcing passive talent for commercial & operational positions using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, external job boards, creative sourcing, and applications
- You can engage and manage a diverse talent pipeline, engaging candidate experience in the entire process
- You are able to effectively establish working relationships with both candidates and internal hiring teams alike
- You can manage your time effectively and balance sourcing needs for a number of high priority and difficult to fill positions at once
- You possess analytical skills and understand how to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate them into action
- Comfortability in formulating contracts and have a top-level understanding of employment law in some EMEA & APAC regions
- You have worked in a high growth environment, you are agile and are comfortable working autonomously
- Good level of English (business level)
- You have experience as an in-house recruiter and as a consultant within tech, AdTech or MarTech environments
