We are a fast-growing fintech venture company committed to revolutionizing the financial industry through innovative solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and bring in top talent.

Position Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, driving efforts to source and secure top talent, and improving the overall hiring experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to fill various positions efficiently while leading initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
  • Lead recruitment projects that contribute to improving the company's hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to provide data-driven insights and inform recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices to junior team members, contributing to a strong recruitment culture.

Requirements

  • Business level proficiency in English AND Japanese.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within fintech or technology sectors.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, with a proactive and creative approach to finding talent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commitment to problem-solving and continuously improving recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
