Are you a master of recruitment? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our full-cycle hiring with a focus on Corporate Areas including Risk, Finance, Marketing, and HR. This role is your chance to shape our talent strategy and work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to streamline our recruiting processes.

What you'll do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders to meet hiring goals.
  • Innovate strategic sourcing plans, leveraging a variety of resources.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a top-notch experience.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage all hiring logistics.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Utilize systems to keep our hiring process seamless and data-driven.
  • Lead first-in-kind searches and champion diversity in our hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our employer brand.
  • Focus on recruitment for Corporate Areas including Risk, Finance, Marketing, and HR.

About you

  • 5-7 years of agency and corporate recruiting experience, ideally specialized in Financial services roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and advanced knowledge of ATS, CRM and leading edge tech
  • Skilled in Boolean Search and internet research.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canadian employment regulations.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing tools and technologies.
