As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes, and screen profiles to identify top candidates for open positions.

Coordinate interviews and assessments: Schedule interviews, send reminders, and ensure a smooth interview process.

Compensation Negotiation: Negotiate with prospective candidate and offer management.

Maintain accurate records and data: Update candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.

Support onboarding and new hire processes: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating paperwork.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters: Provide recruitment support, offer candidate recommendations, and ensure alignment with hiring managers' requirements.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices: Participate in training, attend webinars, and engage with professional networks to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools.
