Senior Tableau Consultant*

• Interface with business stakeholders, understanding their problem and help them to ask the right questions.
• Leading client meetings or workshops to understand business requirements and help business stakeholders generate insights from their data  
• Consult on the right KPIs to use in each business context focused around the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Become familiar with your stakeholders’ domain and processes, and develop dashboards and tools to add business value.
• Provide enablement to business stakeholders to use dashboards and selfservice analysis tools
• Work in an agile team with a culture of learning and continual improvement. 

• A passion for analytical problem solving with excellent communication skills.
• You are a role model and expert in developing Tableau dashboards, with experience guiding and mentoring more junior colleagues.
• Solid proficiency in shaping data with complex SQL, able to aggregate the right measures at the right level of granularity.
• A track record of good stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
• Experience with projects from the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is helpful
• A proactive and curious mindset
• You are certified as Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Tableau Certified Consultant
• Fluency in English and German
