We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Create and manage infrastructure on a global, dynamic network.
Develop processes to move operational support to Enterprise Operation Center.
Assist other IT groups to spread understanding of the network infrastructure.
Participate in architecture design and implementation of infrastructure monitoring, security, and scaling solutions.
Ensure network performance, and uptime.
Managing cloud network environments in accordance with company security guidelines
Proactive, able to prioritize, demonstrating excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences
Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Documentation of current processes and updating documentation with process changes.
Partner with the Enterprise Operations Teams to inform on new standards/best practices/policies.
Ensure that SLOs (Service-level objectives), SLAs (Service-level agreements), OLAs (Internal metrics) and SLIs (Service-level indicators) are met.
Provide 3^rd level operational support for end users as necessary.

We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

Demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining a global network for an enterprise-sized company.
Experience in designing AWS and Azure environments from scratch.
Experience configuring Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions, specifically Aruba HP and HPE, as well as Fortinet.
Proficient in routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP (with potential experience in EIGRP, eBGP, or iBGP.)
Demonstrated experience with Network Access Control (NAC) using Aruba ClearPass.
Candidate must be capable of working with hardware in a frontline organizational role.
