As Senior Systems Administrator in the HR Tech area, you will ensure proper operations of HR country specific systems, design and monitor proper data exchange between HR and other systems, and propose and implement technical solutions in case of new requirements or technological changes. You’re going to cooperate closely with Business Application Specialists and other Administrators to coordinate changes across many systems, as well as our internal clients to support them with daily tasks.
Your main responsibilities
- System configuration and underlying virtual machines management
- DB management (incl. creation, copy, patch and hot patch deployment)
- Data integration between systems - whole lifecycle from analysis, through implementation to maintenance and further development
- HR systems technical ownership (management of HardWare structure; application roles and privileges management)
- Preparation of scripts for file exchange (based on SQL knowledge) between local systems
- Service monitoring and SLA management, DRP creation
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Technical documentation preparation and update
- Communication with the system providers and implementation partners
- Cooperation with internal tech teams
We are looking for people who
- Have knowledge of SQL
- Have knowledge of operating systems, incl. Microsoft Windows Server
- Have experience in system integrations
- Have knowledge of functional tests and mass/bulk data manipulation
- Know Czech and English at B2 level minimum (must have)
The following are also a plus
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and databases, e.g. Oracle, MSSQL and/or MySQL
- Knowledge of API (REST or SOAP)
- Knowledge of computing and storage related Google Cloud Platform services
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform BigQuery analytical platform, especially tables
- Experience with reporting tools, e.g. Looker or Tableau
- Have an experience with HR applications (Helios Nephrite, Aktion, SAP SF welcomed)
- Ability to automate the work with scripting, e.g. using PowerShell or Linux shell
- Experience with monitoring tools. e.g. Prometheus or Zabbix
