Job Description
You will be responsible for building, integrating, and scaling the core data processing capability of the Galvanick platform. You will make key architecture and technology decisions around how to best solve difficult problems.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Software Engineering, DevOps/SysOps, or Systems Engineering capacity in a large-scale software development environment.
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems with a focus on automation.
- 3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as C, Python, or Go.
- Experience administering and developing Linux-based systems.
- Experience building cybersecurity tooling for industrial environments a plus.
- Experience using AWS services a plus.

Location
The Galvanick team is split between Seattle and Los Angeles. Given that we are an early-stage startup working on an exceptionally hard problem, we expect new team members to be in one of those cities. If you have to move, we're happy to help pay for relocation expenses.
