We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ESG/Sustainability Expert to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our best-in-class suite of services.

Your Role

• Lead the preparation and delivery of ESG/sustainability reporting projects in alignment with global and European ESG reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with key ESG/sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations such as CSRD, ESRS, IFRS S1/S2, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, and Integrated Reporting (IR)
• Develop ESG/sustainability strategies, including benchmarking analysis, double materiality assessment, and risk assessment methodologies
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging ESG-related regulations, trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on sustainability initiatives and ESG due diligence
• Support the data collection and analysis process for sustainability reporting, working closely with relevant departments
• Utilize MS Excel for reporting, data analysis, and metrics tracking

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting.
• Strong knowledge of global sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, IR)
• Experience in sustainability strategy development, benchmarking, risk assessment, and ESG due diligence
• In-depth understanding of ESG trends and regulations
• Relevant academic background such as in sustainability, environmental science, engineering is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
• Knowledge of technology/SaaS products and offerings is an asset
• Fluent written and spoken English
