Dangote Group is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Consultant for SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors module for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and configure the system accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects, including system integrations and data migrations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules, including investigating and resolving issues and providing guidance to end users.
- Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users to ensure proper utilization of the system.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus
- SuccessFactors certification is highly desired
- Knowledge of other HRIS systems is a plus
