Identify, recruit, and manage new partners whether they are resellers, System Integrators (SI), or Referral. Expand the existing network by exploring and establishing relationships with potential partners in different regions, focusing on strategic areas for McEasy's growth
Develop and implement strategic plans on best practice for partners channel growth. This includes setting clear objectives, defining market strategies, and creating targeted initiatives to increase sales through the partners network.
Build team and supporting roles necessary to maintain relationship with partners, ensure adequate training and support, and ensure performance achievement for partners
Build strong market understanding within B2C and B2B in term of fleet and logistics management
Relevant experience in a partnership-focused role. Previous background in developing reseller/partnership networks
Bachelor's degree required
Proven track record of improving revenue through the implementation of strategic plans for partner engagement
Preferred background logistic, transportation, leasing industries often involve partnership and reseller networks
Willingness to be on the ground with some level of travel, including visiting partners
