Freshworks is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team. The Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage quarterly planning with our stakeholders to understand their needs, while working with resource managers to allocate resourcing toward top priorities. Partnering with strategy and creative teams, the Senior Program Manager’s team will create project schedules and reporting structures to monitor project progress and report back on status of quarterly commitments in the form of project status reporting, program metrics and project/OKR burndown. The Senior Program Manager will work globally to ensure we are supporting all GTM functions.

Proactively identify and resolve issues that block or reduce the team’s ability to meet business goals.
Development and operationalization of new standard operational procedures, documentation, enablement and adoption.
Is responsible for ensuring governance & SOPs set forth are adhered to.
Is responsible for training and documentation on how to effectively apply and engage with functional teams to get work completed in support of objectives.
Is responsible for coordinating with Product Management and leadership on development of new capabilities where required by Digital programs.
Is responsible for training and cascading the Portfolio-level processes to the stakeholders to ensure consistent practices and adherence to standard process.
Is responsible for operationalizing content production processes with our Digital resources to ensure consistent and efficient time-to-market for content production.
8+ years program management experience ideally in Marketing, Digital or Brand team with proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills including creating well-researched recommendation presentations for executive audiences and clear and persuasive proposals for collaborators
Proven success of influencing and developing productive working relationships with resources and internal or external customers.
Track record of successfully driving projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and delivering results that are coherent and broadly supported
Demonstrated ability to manage large programs, utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban and agile project management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Experience/Education
Agile certification: scrum master, product owner or scaled agile
Project management certification: PMP or similar
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$170,900-245,640 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
