With this insight, you craft a strategic plan, meticulously execute the product roadmap, and deploy resources effectively to bring visions to life. Following implementation, you rigorously monitor the impact of these initiatives, fine-tuning strategies to ensure they not only meet but exceed customer expectations and drive significant business value. 

You actively maintain communication with customer-facing teams to verify the effectiveness of the processes implemented by your team. This ongoing interaction aids in recognizing opportunities for enhancement, aiming to further streamline the adoption journey for users.

Responsibilities 

  • Thrust and augment our self-serve capabilities in our product by improving the experience, access and communication of our solutions 
  • Participate in the identification of our product's users' needs internally and externally
  • Manage and expand our onboarding capabilities in our core products
  • Ensure the visibility, accessibility and management of our products
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of our flagship product
  • Update and Evangelize the roadmap
  • Facilitate fast decision-making thanks to your problem-solving attitude

About you

You want to build a product that helps the customer to do the things they need. You’re eager to accelerate our product adoption by simplifying and communicating our product's value proposition.

Thanks to your deep understanding of the industry, you can create experiences that align with what our customers expect. 

You can adapt your explanations to your audience, manage stakeholder expectations effectively and proactively. You know how to efficiently share your ideas in writing or speaking. You love collaborating across departments and regions. You excel at summarizing complex information and focusing on what matters most. 

We hire curious, daring, humble people and give them a lot of latitude to learn and create. We’re much more interested in what you’ve been doing since you graduated than in your degree. 

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment or a similar experience 
  • You have strong analytical skills and are data-driven
  • Your insight into business requirements and their role in advancing product development is remarkably deep.
  • You are pushing your team towards impact, understanding how to drive them to success
  • You’re not afraid to start from a blank page or rescue a project to steer it in the right direction
  • You’re able to juggle with numerous constraints and simply complex problems
  • You’re able to understand the complexity of our stack
  • Prioritization and time management are a given for you
  • Your colleagues appreciate your talent for coordination 
  • Strong written and spoken English, all internal documentation is in English and you will be contributing to it
