Senior/Staff Java Engineer - Liquidity Platform (Architecture)

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Develop and implement requested features as a hands-on contributor
  • Act as a performance expert to sit in design discussions
  • Continuously identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations
  • Participate in support rota and assist with issue investigations

 

What We Look For In You

  • Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background
  • 3 years and above of application development experience
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a great plus
  • Knowledge of financial market / crypto trading is a plus
