- Develop a good understanding of the functional requirements of the entire module and not just the assigned task.
- Understand and own the framework of the system and be able to maintain it during development.
- Lead the developmental efforts of the business-prioritized features from requirements gathering to delivering the package to the client.
- Conduct research & development for complex technical issues.
- Plan for regular interaction with the major stakeholders of the client to: Keep them updated about the progress being made, discuss major challenges faced, explore new opportunities, obtain feedback.
- Liaise with the Product Teams to understand a more granular overview of the ecosystem and the larger view of the business vision.
- Be able to lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams for the application validation & client implementations.
- Optimize the code for the scalability of the Provision web application as part of the Upside program.
- Accurately manage the utilization of each developer as per their capacity, discussion on each story's implementation detail before starting development, code review, testing in a test environment, and setting the goal for each new individual.
- Work as a Full-stack developer, designing UI components, and integrating with API using the latest frameworks or libraries.
- Write unit test cases for software system testing and validation procedures to verify that the software product has met the business requirements.
- Interact with the onsite team to resolve technical queries.
Must have Skills: AWS Code Deploy, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
- 2+ years of team management experience is a must.
