What You’ll Be Doing
- Building Observability architecture in large-scale and complex scenarios.
- Build observable basic capabilities around Metrics, Log, Trace, Event and Profile.
- Build world-class observable products, including distributed monitoring, full tracking, logging platform, alarm, anomaly detection, computing engine and more.
- Design and develop large-scale data acquisition, distributed real-time computing systems and large-scale time series data storage systems.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors.
- Basic knowledge of operating system, computer network, distributed system, data structures, algorithms.
- Familiar with common database middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc., understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience in Log/Monitoring/Alarm, Tracking, performance analysis or related system design.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and good engineering practices.

Practical work experience, including but not limited to anomaly detection、root cause analysis、fault self-healing and alarm convergence.
- Participated in open source projects in the field of observability.
- Possess good learning ability, logical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, able to withstand certain work pressure.
