REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 8+ years
- Strong working experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Copado and salesforce.
- Expertise in Copado DevOps, Git repositories and Salesforce working knowledge.
- Good understanding of designing and Implementing CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies
- Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, etc.)
- Strong experience and understanding of branching strategy and hosted version control vendors
- Expertise in demonstrated analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
- Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- Passionate about building great solutions
- Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents and design.
- Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
- Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
- Following all defined software configuration management best practices
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
