Senior SSC Recruitment Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior SSC Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges. Join our team to make a meaningful impact while recruiting top talent for our SSC operations in Budapest.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SSC roles, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the SSC sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline using ATS tools and external platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment strategies, and regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Design and implement effective assessment methodologies, including skills testing and behavioral assessments, to ensure a rigorous selection process.
  • Lead and oversee complex recruitment projects, ensuring the execution of multiple recruitment campaigns and process improvements in parallel.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the SSC sector.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, SSC market developments, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide detailed reports on performance, pipeline status, and hiring metrics to stakeholders.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an SSC or corporate environment, with a proven track record of hiring across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, market mapping, and proactive candidate engagement strategies.
  • Experience in managing and delivering recruitment-related projects from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
