We’re seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Operations & Payroll Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your extensive expertise to drive operational excellence, consistently exceed service level requirements, and ensure smooth HR and payroll processes.
Serving clients across the globe especially APAC, you’ll independently manage complex tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional experiences for both internal stakeholders and managed talents. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our HR operations, shaping the future of our workforce and enhancing company performance on an international scale.
You will report directly to the Regional Head of Customer Success and Operations (EOR & PEO) in Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead HR operational excellence: Independently manage and streamline key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws

Expert payroll management: Own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring precise and timely salary disbursements while maintaining compliance with local regulations

Drive data accuracy in HR systems: Take charge of the integrity and accuracy of HRMS data, using your expertise to ensure optimal performance and insightful data reporting

Compliance leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in labor regulations, ensuring that the company is always ahead of legal compliance requirements

Solve complex HR issues: Utilize your experience to independently resolve HR and payroll-related queries through the HubSpot ticketing system, meeting defined resolution times

Collaborate across teams: Partner with senior leaders in HR, finance, and legal to influence strategic decisions, driving HR and payroll efficiency without direct team management.

Who We Are Looking For
-
10-15 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or a related field, with proven ability to handle complex tasks autonomously
- Deep expertise in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance without the need for team supervision
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws in the Malaysia and a proactive approach to staying compliant with regulatory changes

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex HR and payroll processes independently

Proficient in HRMS and payroll software with a focus on leveraging data to drive process improvements
-
Excellent English communication skills for liaising with senior stakeholders, despite being in a non-management role.
