Senior Specialist, Employee Relations (桃園觀音)

Position : Senior Specialist, Employee Relations

What will you do? 

  • Minimizes legal risks of the company by establishing measures to comply with labor laws and company regulations and resolving issues.
  • Contributes to the company's stable growth by responding to and resolving legal cases that became external issues such as cases filed to the labor relations commission.
  • Consistently and actively communicates with internal members (labor union, etc.) to minimize unnecessary ER issues in advance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experienced in response to cases filed to the Ministry of Labor & Employment and the labor relations commission responding to logistics or manufacturing labor laws issues, management of rewards and discipline, operation of personnel committees, audit, operation of labor-management committees, and in-house VOC responses.
  • Expertise in labor laws, General understanding of HR personnel management
  • Great ability to think critically and solve nonstructural problems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, HR or related field required.
  • Flexible communication skills
  • Certified Public Labor Attorney (Preferred)
  • Fluent in English (Preferred)
