We are looking for an experienced professional to work in the ITE/IPP Policy and Planning Division as a Solutions Architect with proficiency in designing, architecting, and implementing solutions for SaaS (Software as a Service), and PaaS (Platform as a Service) environments, and advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable Cloud-native solutions from anywhere in Latin America.

What you’ll do:
You will report to the Enterprise Architecture Team Leader in the Information Technology Policy & Planning Division. Following are the most important activities you will be doing to move forward the IT Project and Portfolio Management program towards its goals:
- You will develop web applications that address failure patterns, automate remediation through runbooks, and document processing optimization.
- Working with other development teams to evaluate the health, stability, and reliability of applications.
- Must have hands-on experience in Dashboard building and synthetic recording scripting.
- Utilizing monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and management tools to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of applications and services.
- Optimizing all the time to improve and implement automation of application tasks.
- As part of the team, you will be working in a cloud-native environment, with .NET, C# and Angular as your core tools, while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies as they fit best.
- You will be working not only on the core automation development but also on customizations and 3rd party integrations.
- Creating, Managing, Updating and Monitoring the APM (Application Performance Monitoring) Cluster Nodes.
- Working with application teams to onboard services and applications.
- Work with the APM architecture to provide guidelines and recommendations for effective alerting for multi-disciplinary teams.
- Performance Management will also involve both OnPrem Private Cloud in association with any of the Public Clouds (Azure and Amazon Web Services).
What you´ll need:
Experience: successful candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate skills with a minimum of five years in the following areas:
- Cloud: MS Azure (AWS is a plus). Should demonstrate relevant work experience and skills in designing and maintaining cloud solutions with IaaS or PaaS. With a good understanding of the network, security, and cost implications.
- Modern programming languages: .NET, C#, Angular.
- Database: MSSQL, Azure SQL, CosmosDB.
- Cloud IaC: Terraform, ARMs, Azure CLI, Powershell.
- CI/CD: Platform administration and management: Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, JFrog.
- Modern Authentication: Azure AD, Azure BC2, with good knowledge and use of modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth2).
- APIs: Good knowledge of RESTful and HTTP Protocol, Azure API Management and Swagger.
- Automated Testing: Hands-on experience on Automated Test (Playwright, Specflow and Gherkin).
- Monitoring: Datadog, Azure Monitoring.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
