The Opportunity
The Beyond Identity Solutions Architect, is a senior technical lead that supports the global growth and scale of Beyond Identity’s strategic partners that recommend, deploy and manage Beyond Identity Service. As a Beyond Identity Solutions Architect, you and your Channel Account Executive will be responsible for helping our VARs, Service Providers and Systems Integration partners develop IAM practice around Zero Trust framework, Passwordless Authentication and Risk based access approach. You will be presenting the Beyond Identity platform to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, and gathering customer technical requirements. The candidate will be result-oriented, passionate, a critical and strategic thinker, highly organized, have an ability to multitask and meet deadlines, a team-player, work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment, and demonstrate calmness and composure.
What You Can Expect to Do:
- Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance to Partner’s sales team in understanding customer’s business and technical requirements, and specific use cases to ensure mutual success.
- Develop domain expertise and thought leadership regarding the Technical and GTM partners' current areas of focus as well as in new areas for expansion.
- Lead Technical discussions and deliver a demo of the service and ease of integration to Partner’s Solutions Architect and Sales Engineers.
- Develop and execute enablement plans and educate partners on Beyond Identity Value propositions, and competitive differentiators.
- Support the development of Center of Excellence and competency centers.
- Represent Beyond Identity at Partner global events, technical summits and webinars.
- Manage technical partner relationship and integration with SSO, PAM, MDM, Endpoint Security and SIEM Vendors.
- Communicate Partner and customer needs and product enhancements to Product Management & Engineering.
What We Hope You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer in Cyber Security SaaS offering.
- Experience working with VARs, Service Providers and Systems Integration partners and have a solid understanding of a channel-centric go to market approach.
- Experience with at least one standard Authentication and provisioning protocol (e.g. OIDC, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2)
- Knowledge of enterprise network security technologies including but not limited to: HTTP and web security technologies, proxies, firewalls, X.509 Certificates, SSL/TLS, Endpoint Protection, Gateway and SaaS, MDM, DLP, and SIEM.
- Experience working with Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS or Ping Federate for Workforce IAM or Customer Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with highly skilled and experienced audiences within the partner and enterprise.
- An ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic and conduct whiteboard sessions.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to deliver on commitments and deliverables in a timely manner and work independently
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time
