About the Role:
As a Senior Solution Strategist at Brandwatch, you will play a key role in winning, growing and retaining our most strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC. You will scope and define tailored services solutions, such as bespoke insights reporting, workshops, enablement and other types of consultancy that align with client objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of our services and products. This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering for parental leave, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients and team.

In this role, you will make an impact on our clients and our organisation by:
- Serving as a subject matter expert internally and externally, evangelizing and educating about Media and Digital Consumer Intelligence and how it can be used to impact business outcomes across industries, functions, use cases and workflows.
- Building strategic partnerships with commercial teams to create and propose compelling solutions that will meet needs and increase speed to insights.
- Connecting the dots between Sales, Customer Success, and Insights | Services teams to create thoughtful solutions that drive meaningful client outcomes.
- Understanding strategic client/prospect business needs across sectors and functions, including but not limited to Marketing, Insights, Product, Analytics, and PR/Communications, to showcase how media and social intelligence can support them.
- Meaningfully contribute to strategic account and opportunity planning, execution and support while identifying opportunities to strengthen best practices and develop efficiencies across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery discussions with strategic prospects and clients, guiding a fluid conversation to understand business priorities, goals and responsibilities, measures of success. Key initiatives and desired outcomes.
- Leverage our proven Solution Framework Process to synthesize and distil client needs, using desk research, your media and digital intelligence and industry expertise, along with your understanding of Brandwatch products and services to:
- Create a solution that maps organizational/functional goals to activities and initiatives, desired outcomes, KPIs and metrics of success, serving as a blueprint to support ongoing Brandwatch strategies/tactics.
- Recommend data infrastructures and reporting approach to support needs/goals.
- Collaborate on pricing for all services, including onboarding, technical builds, education, research studies, and ongoing reporting.
- Deliver a compelling client-facing proposal that makes complex information easily understandable.
- Confidently present proposals, research methodologies, frameworks, and case studies to prospects and clients.
- Create and present content for internal enablements, marketing initiatives, webinars, industry events, etc.
- Contribute to team revenue and retainment quota by supporting global new business opportunities and client renewals/upsells.
- Exhibit Media and Digital Consumer Intelligence subject matter expertise, proactively contributing to internal discussions and having a point of view in client conversations.
- Communicate clearly and produce concise and relevant proposals/recommendations for clients and prospects.
- Work with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing expert guidance on solutions that encompass PR, media intelligence, social listening, and customer intelligence.
- Define and scope customizsed solutions that leverage Brandwatch's suite of products and services to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams, account management, professional services, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in presentations, scoping workshops and strategy sessions to align proposed solutionsto client objectives and needs.
- Work closely with the VP Solutions Consulting to provide input on product development and service improvements based on client feedback and market needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have 5+ years experience working with social data in the context of PR, Marketing and/or Market Research teams with demonstrated success.
- 3+ years experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or strategic account management role within PR, media intelligence, social listening, or customer intelligence sectors.
- Ability to ask thoughtful business questions, and translate business requirements, technical and methodological details into benefits-driven sales documents.
- Strong understanding of media intelligence, PR, social listening, and customer intelligence tools, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders in complex accounts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including product, technical, andcommercial functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to develop creative solutions for client needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Aptitude to understand media and social intelligence technology and how to maximize its effectiveness
- Experience consulting on methodologies, solution design, best practices
- Experience working with clients across EMEA and APAC regions is highly desirable.
