The Solution Consulting team at Ushur serves as a vital link between customers, sales, product, and consulting teams, playing a key role in driving the successful sale, onboarding, expansion, and renewal of our customers. As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Ushur, your primary focus will be supporting the pre-sales process, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and weaving a strong narrative that aligns with the customer’s strategic goals. You will work closely with senior-level stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions. This includes scoping and designing end-to-end automation solutions leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and data science.

In this senior role, you will own the customer technical discovery process, identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and delivering persuasive demonstrations that drive deal success. Your portfolio will include large, complex enterprise customers, and you will be instrumental in guiding them from discovery through deployment, always showcasing Ushur’s value.

For remote positions, Ushur’s U.S. hiring is open to candidates who are residents of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MD, MI, MN, MO, MA, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, NY.

What You'll Do

  • Lead pre-sales activities by delivering high-impact product demonstrations that address customer needs and align with their strategic business objectives
  • Leverage your storytelling skills to craft and deliver a narrative that resonates with senior-level decision-makers and highlights Ushur’s unique value proposition
  • Partner with customers and the sales team to identify customer experience automation opportunities, scope solutions, and articulate the business impact in a way that drives buy-in from C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them solve key business challenges through Ushur’s technology
  • Own the technical discovery process, making recommendations for customer initiatives and performing customized demos and proofs-of-concept to drive sales
  • Work with large enterprise accounts, managing the pre-sales technical relationship and providing ongoing support to close deals
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion of Ushur’s solutions within large, complex organizations
  • Translate customer requirements into scoped solutions and work alongside technical teams to ensure successful implementations
  • Create and present proofs-of-concept, managing milestones, answering security questions, and guiding prospects through the technical evaluation process
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams to refine product messaging, demos, and collateral that target senior-level audiences
  • Use storytelling and presentation skills to tailor customer journeys and demo environments to the needs of each audience
  • Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants to improve their demo skills and ability to engage with senior decision-makers
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within the sales and solution consulting processes, contributing to product enhancements and lifecycle optimization
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical details in Salesforce, ensuring that all sales efforts are well-documented
  • Keep track of product requests and enhancements in Jira and Confluence

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 8 years of IT or related experience with 4 years (of the total required 8 years of experience) in solution consulting with a mid-to-large SaaS enterprise solutions company or similar experience. Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge in selling and supporting high-end solutions that involve both line of business and IT ownership, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a comfort level in executive-level presentations
  • Comfortable functioning in a thought leadership capacity
  • Confident in providing direction and guidance to the client to achieve their goals.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and communication skills needed to listen to, understand, and anticipate client needs (business and IT)
  • Experience with modern project management tools like Jira or RocketLane
  • Hands-on experience in the development of process automation proof of concepts
  • Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity
  • Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWS
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman tool is essential
  • Past experience in no-code/low-code systems, NLP/NLU desirable
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with complex tasks
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Ability to deliver quality training & product coaching both in person and over the phone 
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and conducting executive training sessions, meetings, and workshops (often remotely)
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS startup where we move quickly and wear many hats
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50% of time

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
