Effectively build teams and hire new talents
Setting up goals for leaders
Provides leadership via mentoring engineers,
Handling through the team complex technology issues
Supporting you team members with trainings planning, performance evaluation and career progression.
Understanding of Cloud Native environment
Knowledge of at least one of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with one of programming languages like Java, C++ or Python
Some experience in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications is a plus.

Compensation:
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Salary: 20k - 35k PLN gross per month
Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
