Requirements

Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of proven work experience as a Ruby developer
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Experience with popular Ruby frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails)

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
Work closely with requirements, actively participate in backlog planning and task estimation
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Ensure the best possible application performance and quality
