The client is the largest Google digital consulting agency in Europe, operating only in the Google cloud.
Requirements
- 7+ years of background in Python development
- Experience with type annotations, SQL, PostgreSQL (RDS), and AWS Aurora
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD processes within AWS or similar cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability in architecture design and building systems from scratch
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading development teams
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Agile best practices
Nice to Have
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Skills in serverless frameworks and additional AWS services for back-end solutions
- Familiarity with other database technologies and tools for distributed computing
- Experience with Docker and docker-compose for containerization

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, serverless back-end solutions using Python, implementing robust and efficient architectures
- Build and maintain data-driven solutions using SQL, PostgreSQL (RDS), and AWS Aurora for database management
- Lead the end-to-end architecture development process, creating scalable systems that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS services, ensuring smooth deployments and high availability
- Utilize Docker and docker-compose for containerization to optimize application performance and facilitate efficient development workflows
- Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance, task prioritization, and progress tracking in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Engage in code reviews, establish best practices, and continuously improve code quality and team efficiency
