Chargebacks serve as a consumer protection mechanism, allowing people to reclaim funds for fraudulent charges or disputed purchases. However, this system is often exploited by bad actors engaging in fraudulent activities that harm the businesses behind the products you love. Our Dispute Group is dedicated to safeguarding these companies, using innovative technology to combat chargeback abuse and protect their growth.
